What you'll get:
Your main procrastination type out of six
A type card to save and share
Strengths, telltale signs, and anti-procrastination tips for your type
A chart of all six types and your second type
About this test: 24 statements, about 4 minutes. This is a self-reflection test , not a validated psychological test.
Source: Mindovia Original. Questions, type names, and result texts were written by the Mindovia team. The six types draw on procrastination research, including temporal motivation theory and the role of impulsiveness (Steel, 2007), procrastination as a way of escaping unpleasant feelings (Sirois & Pychyl, 2013), active procrastination that deliberately waits for the deadline (Chu & Choi, 2005), and the procrastination styles popularised by Linda Sapadin (1996). This test does not use items from any procrastination scale.
