About this instrument

The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Test uses the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), an instrument designed to assess overall self-esteem. It provides an overview of how you perceive your personal worth, recognise your positive qualities, accept your limitations, and evaluate your abilities in relation to others.

The assessment consists of 10 statements describing your general feelings and attitudes toward yourself. Your results can be used as a reflection tool to understand whether your current self-evaluation tends to be less positive, relatively balanced, or highly positive.

There are no right or wrong answers. Respond based on how you currently see and feel about yourself, rather than choosing the answer that appears most desirable or socially expected.

This assessment is intended for self-exploration and reflection. The results are not a psychological diagnosis and do not replace an evaluation or consultation with a qualified professional.
