Everyone experiences worry and anxiety from time to time. However, when these feelings become frequent, persistent, or begin to interfere with daily life, it may be helpful to better understand what you are experiencing.
This questionnaire uses the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), a widely used instrument designed to assess anxiety-related symptoms experienced during the past two weeks.
